Sushi Ichimura features a carefully curated selection of sake, wine, beer, Japanese whiskies and exclusive chilled Japanese teas only available at Sushi Ichimura. The sake list showcases multiple labels from Japan's most renowned sake breweries including small batch, luxurious Kokuryu offerings as well as sought-after cuvées such as IWA, Super 7 and Tanaka 1789 X Chartier. The wine program includes a focused champagne selection of coveted grower producers, prestige cuvées from the most reputable houses, a compelling list of Riesling from around the world and inviting Burgundies. A special pairing featuring sparkling sake, white and red Burgundy and a rotating selection of dynamic, adventurous sakes from various Japanese prefectures is also available.    

Guests are welcome to bring bottles not currently offered on our beverage list to enjoy with our menu for a corkage fee of $100 per 720ml sake bottle or 750ml wine bottle. We respectfully ask that each party bring no more than one bottle of their own selection at a time.
